5th Summit of the Americas 

This year, as Trinidad and Tobago hosts the Fifth Summit of the Americas, the Trinidad and Tobago Postal Corporation (TTPost) chose to commemorate this auspicious event with this Stamp Issue. The stamps highlights some of the critical issues that will play a pivotal role in the regional discussions, which include Justice, Education, Agriculture and Health. These issues are the basis of the Summit’s Theme of Promoting Human Prosperity as it has been recognised worldwide, that a country is only as strong as the people that reside within it.
