TTPost Hosts Strategic Planning Retreat

The Trinidad and Tobago Postal Corporation (TTPost), in collaboration with the Ministry of Public Utilities and the Environment, host its Strategic Planning Retreat on April 7th and 8th, 2006, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

The activity involved all key stakeholders of TTPost, including the Board of Directors, Management, Employees corporate clients and government agencies. This was phase two of the planning process, which followed several focus group sessions held with staff members in October 2005.

Consultants, Scotland and Associates, guided the participants through the sessions and will use the information gathered to produce a draft Strategic plan for the Organization. Critical elements of the Corporation’s Future that is the Vision, Mission, Core Values and main strategies were discussed and presented.
